Refund policy

POLICY

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS and NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from G SIMONE are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

RETURNED CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused otherwise store credit will not be issued. 

RETURNS

Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service at support@sweetteaco.com within 24 hours of delivery.
