Our Story

Hailing from the heart of Texas, Lateasha Lunceford, affectionately known as Sweet Tea, embarked on a remarkable journey that intertwined her Southern roots with an unexpected passion for tea. In 2018, Sweet Tea visited her twin sister in Taiwan and was impressed by Taiwan’s rich teach culture and discovered a new love for tea. Later in 2023, battling through the challenges of endometriosis, she found solace and relief in the healing properties of herbal teas that sparked the inception of her tea company. Inspired by the depth of tea traditions and armed with her own health struggles, Sweet Tea fused her Southern charm with Taiwanese influences, birthing "Sweet Tea & Co." Her company thrives on crafting organic, soothing tea blends, reflecting her dedication to wellness and her fervent desire to share the comfort and healing power of tea with the world.
